2. Orders
2.1 By placing an order on this site, you agree to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2.2 The orders you place with Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl on this site are subject to minimum and maximum quantity limits.
2.3 Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl offers its products for sale on this site within the limits of available stocks.
3. Order confirmation
3.1 The orders you place on this site do not constitute a binding contract until they have been confirmed by an email from Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl.
3.2 Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse an order, in particular in the event of unpaid invoices or insolvency.
3.3 The data recorded by Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or transaction.
4. Price
4.1 The prices payable for the goods you order are those listed on this site on the date of the order, excluding VAT, and excluding delivery costs.
4.2 Delivery costs are invoiced at the rates indicated on this site on the date of the order and calculated in particular according to the total amount of the goods ordered and the delivery method chosen.
4.3 Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery costs at any time and to cancel a contract that has wording, printing or calculation errors.
5. Delivery
5.1 All orders confirmed by Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl will be delivered to the address indicated on the order.
5.2 Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl does everything possible to ensure delivery within two working days of receipt of the order and payment.
5.3 Deliveries can only be made to the countries indicated on this site.
6. Verification of the goods
6.1 It is up to you to check the quantity and good condition of the goods upon delivery.
6.2 If you find that goods are missing or have been damaged, you must report it and file a complaint with this website via the contact form within 7 days of delivery. Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl will then replace the missing or damaged goods identically.
7. Returns
7.1 You can return the goods that do not suit you within 7 days of receipt of the order.
7.2 Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl only accepts returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging accompanied by the invoice.
7.3 When the returns have been made in the prescribed manner, Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl refunds the price of the returned goods excluding delivery costs invoiced within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. The shipping costs are at your expense.
8. Payment
8.1 Invoices are sent as soon as the goods are ordered by email and payable within ten or thirty days depending on the conditions of your account.
8.2 Payment by transfer or Payment Slip is due within fifteen days in order to validate your order, after this period the order is cancelled.
9. Force majeure
9.1 Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl will do everything possible to fulfill its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or lack of delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters or others that prevent the production, transport or delivery of products.
9.2 In the event of a delay, Lepiceriefine.ch Sàrl will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute the remaining stocks of products among its customers in a fair manner.

10.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.
